Running from 11th November to 16th December Yorkshire Craft Centre will be holding their annual BeDazzled exhibition of craft including jewellery, ceramics, textiles and art.
I will be exhibiting my Acrylic Bar Range at Ycc including the brand new additions to the range, Trefoil Stud Earrings and Cufflinks.

Marisa Arna- Christmas Jewels

Starting on November 14th The Marisa Arna Jewellery Studio and Gallery will be hosting their 'Christmas Jewels' Exhibition.
Running until January 28th this will showcase precious and non-precious jewellery from 12 British based designer jewellers including myself.
Near Frinton-on-sea in Essex, the Marisa Arna gallery is the only gallery specialising in contemporary jewellery in this area, for more information check out the website:

New For Christmas 2011!

I have developed a couple of new pieces which will be added to the Acrylic Bar range as soon as I have images of them. There will be a new pair of Stud Earrings and also Cufflinks!
In addition to this all pieces in this range will be available in an Oxidised finish which means you will be able to have any colour with the polished Silver or any colour set in a matte black Silver finish!
These pieces will be available to purchase here in my online shop as well as being at my Christmas shows in Bradford and Essex!

New Designers 2011

I will be at New Designers on Wednesday 29th with a small selection of my new work as part of the Design Space stand Stand Number: B4 (First floor, near the café, on the balcony).
I will be there to pass on my experiences of Design Space to any new graduates who might be interested in the project as well as getting in a little promo for the 'Spring' range. Photo's coming soon.

Design Space have a shared stand at Victoria house on Thursday 9th- Trade Only Day, and from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th June for retail.

Spring Bling at Platform!

From April 28th until July 23rd I will be participating in the 'Spring Bling' showcase at Platform Gallery in the Heart of Hatton Garden.
"Platform is a new not-for-profit jewellery initiative setup in 2009 to support the UK jewellery trade. We provide a range of support, education and services to the public, designer makers, jewellers, retailers and new entrants to the Jewellery sector.
Our focal point is the Platform Showcase, a brand new destination just a stones throw from Farringdon tube and Hatton Garden, showcasing the best the UK jewellery industry has to offer and providing information on jewellery commissioning and buying.
Platform’s Patrons include Theo Fennell, Elizabeth Gage, Patrick Fuller, Vicki Beamon and Stephen Webster."

Throughout March, April and May Hannah Jewellery Designs will be in Vogue magazine!
In the advertorial section- the March edition is called 'The Crown Jewels' you can find an image of the Green Acrylic Bar ring along with a short piece about my work. Next month I will have a different image and hopefully the final month will be an image of my new collection which will be launched at the British Craft Trade Fair in Harrogate in April.

From Saturday November 13th 2010, the Cocoon Collection will be for sale in the We Are Birmingham Shop in Dale End, Birmingham. Located just off the city centre, the shop developed from the Created in Birmingham shop which ran for three months in the Bullring and sells art and craft created by people in Birmingham.

Hannah Jewellery Designs has moved to Birmingham! I have recently taken up a place within Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter with Design Space which is a council run incubation workshop. The aim of Design Space is to help aspiring jewellery designers and silversmiths take their place in the industry by providing a workshop space and mentoring along side sector specific business training. I am already working on a new collection and will be taking part in a number of shows and trade fairs with Design Space over the coming year, so watch this space or my Facebook page for more information!New products now in stock!

Fusion and Fresh!

Fusion opened on Saturday 24th July at Catmose Gallery in Oakham showing a mix of work from selected Design Factory Members as well as hosting an exciting programme of workshops, demonstrations and talks by some of the members themselves. My Acrylic Bar Range will be represented in all three colourways as well as some Limited Edition items in Pink!
Also opening on Saturday 31st July is 'Fresh' at The Beetroot Tree in Draycott, Derbys. This is the inaugural exhibition of work by Associate members of the Design Factory and here I will be launching my brand new range of work entitled 'Cocoon' created in Sterling Silver, Gemstone and Polypropylene. All new pieces will be added to my online shop after the opening but a sneaky peek (or two!) can be found at my Facebook Group page and in the event section!

Prince's Trust Young Ambassadors

I am very proud to announce that I have been accepted as a Young Ambassador for The Prince's Trust!
Part of my job wil involve visiting events in the East Midlands representing the Trust and talking about my experiences on the Enterprise Programme.
My time with the Prince's Trust has been very positive and I hope I can contribute to it's continued success.

Hannah Jewellery Designs will now be stocked in Pink Power Photography and Gifts which is opening in Lincoln's historic Bailgate on Monday May 24th!
Owner of Pink Power Photography and Gifts, Laura Crossley, will be stocking a range of handmade crafts and gifts made by local artists as well as canvas's, prints and gift items created from her own photographs.
